The sale of 20 Darling Street has been handled by the directors Lynn Hall and Stephen Morgan in the most professional manner.

The assistance and advice that Lynn and Stephen provided was absolutely outstanding. All we had to do was turn up as required as they handled everything for us such as price expectation of the property, the advertising budget and a very satisfactory fee for their work.

Three other staff attended the day of the auction and they had previously attended open days when interested parties looked through the property. They seemed to be aware of who the intended purchases were and were very professional.

Even after the sale was completed, my enquiries have been handled with interest and nothing has been too much trouble.

Another helpful piece of advice was to provide a list of utilities that we would need to contact to finalise accounts such as water, electricity and telephone. It has been greatly appreciated.
